Building Revolution is a BREEAM expert in many projects.
The BREEAM Expert is the person who supervises the project and collects all the evidence. Anyone can call themselves a BREEAM expert. However, there is a course with an exam at the DGBC. Once this has been passed, someone is a certified BREEAM expert. Everyone at Building Revolution is also a certified expert in New Construction, In-Use and Area.
BREEAM stands for Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method. The method originated in England and was developed by the Building Research Establishment (BRE). In the Netherlands, BREEAM is managed by the Dutch Green Building Council (DGBC) and there are special adapted guidelines for the Netherlands, BREEAM in the Netherlands is therefore formally called BREEAM-NL
